Terms of Service

1.Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication.

2.Services and provisioning

Services are provisioned automatically after payment clears. Delivery times quoted on the site are targets, not guarantees.

Resource specifications listed on a plan describe the resources allocated to that service. Fair-use scheduling applies to shared plans as described in the Acceptable Use policy.

3.Billing and renewals

Services renew automatically on their billing cycle until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from the dashboard; service continues until the end of the paid period.

A 72-hour money-back guarantee applies to first-time game, bot, VPS and VDS orders. Dedicated servers and reservation deposits follow the pro-rata policy in section 7.

4.Acceptable use

Your use of the services must comply with the Acceptable Use policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

5.Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate services for non-payment, violation of the Acceptable Use policy, or where required by law. Where practical we will give notice and an opportunity to cure.

6.Liability

Services are provided on an “as is” basis except as stated in the SLA. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service in the preceding month.

7.Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email and in the dashboard at least 14 days before they take effect.
