This is placeholder copy for a design preview. It is not a legal document and must be replaced with reviewed terms before launch.

This policy explains what personal data Chorus Host collects, why, and what rights you have over it.

1.Data we collect

Account data: name, email, and billing details needed to provide and invoice your services.

Technical data: IP addresses, request logs and panel activity, kept for security, abuse handling and troubleshooting.

Support data: the contents of tickets and chats you send us.

2.How we use it

To provide, secure and bill for your services, to respond to support requests, and to send service-critical notices.

Marketing email is opt-in only and every message includes a one-click unsubscribe.

3.Processors

We use a small number of sub-processors for payments, email delivery and infrastructure. A current list will be published here with each provider's role and region.

4.Retention

Account and billing records are kept for as long as required by tax and accounting law. Technical logs are rotated on a rolling 90-day window unless retained for an active investigation.

5.Your rights

You can access, export or delete your personal data from the dashboard, or by contacting our data-protection address. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.

6.Contact

Privacy questions and requests go to the data-protection contact that will be published on this page before launch.
